In-Office Guaranteed 20-29 hours per week Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (11:00AM start time 1 day each week) 2 Saturdays per month: 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM (earn an additional +$5/hour for Saturdays!)

Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Devils Lake Office. This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.

• Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions
• Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding
• Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy
• Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others

Pay Range: $17.50-$18.50 per hour Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr Guaranteed 20-29 hours per week Eligible full-time and part-time team members may enjoy benefits including
