Nordic Fiberglass is the leading manufacturer of fiberglass products for the underground electrical industry. The Production Worker will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment, responsible for making quality fiberglass products for the Electrical Industry.

• Produce products at 100% of daily production rates.
• Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints.
• Trim and roll product using hand and power tools.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects.
• Keep assigned area clean and organized.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

• Learn and follow manufacturing processes.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Lift and push up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

• The hourly pay rate is $25.00/hr.
