American Traveler is hiring an RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ND or compact RN licensure and ACLS/PALS certification.
Details- Work in a 24/7 Emergency Department setting
- 3x12 day/night rotating shift schedule, 36 hours per week
- No on-call responsibilities
- Active RN license (ND or Compact) required prior to start
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required prior to start
- NRP certification required
- TNCC certification required
- ENPC certification required upon qualification into course
- Provide direct nursing care following established ED policies, procedures, and protocols
- Perform patient rounds, assessments, and develop individualized care plans
- Identify and respond to early warning signs of patient deterioration
- Coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team and support discharge planning and patient education
- Complete and submit incident reports prior to end of each shift
