Retail Sales Associate

This is a junior opportunity for a Retail Sales Associate who knows how to move metrics, not just manage them. The sales marketing charter, the $39,000 - $61,000, the 1-year ask — all of it points to a CVS Health role built for owners, not order-takers.

• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract
• Manage paid search, social, and email programs end to end
• Chase the sales marketing whitespace no rep in ND has worked
• Create sales collateral, decks, and proposals that move prospects forward
• Bridge Inside Sales reporting and the story your CMO needs to hear
• Sharpen the Retail Sales Associate value prop for each vertical we touch

• An eye for the learning-obsessed detail that separates fine from finished
• Comfort being measured against a clear junior bar
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a tight-knit team
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics
• Roughly 1+ years operating in a similar Retail Sales Associate position
• A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit

CVS Health is Fargo, ND's answer to a sales marketing industry grown lazy, run by a deadline-driven team that still cares about Quota Attainment. You set the boundaries of your remote schedule and we respect them without the side-eye.

Combine $39,000 - $61,000 with growth, generous benefits, and a mentor, and you have the reason people stay at CVS Health for years.
