Our client, a reputable franchise‑approved car dealership located in Devizes, is seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department. • Greet customers professionally and book vehicles into the workshop for servicing and repairs
• Advise customers on minor technical issues and vehicle maintenance options
• Liaise with the workshop team regularly to track work in progress
• Upsell additional services and products where appropriate
• Keep customers informed of vehicle progress and status
• Take payments for completed work in line with company procedures
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Achieve individual and team targets in a fast‑paced environment

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor is advantageous but not essential
• Alternatively, strong customer service experience in a related role within the automotive sector will be considered
• A full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good IT literacy; experience with Pinewood Pinnacle or similar dealership management systems is desirable
• Confident relationship‑building and influencing abilities
• Professional attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
