Benefits for the the successful Vehicle Technician:
Competitive salary between £28,000 and £29,000 per annum, depending on experience
Uncapped performance-related bonus scheme approximately £3,600 annually, paid monthly
42.5-hour working week over a fixed 5-day schedule (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with one Saturday in two, 8:00am-4:00pm)
Day off during the week when working a Saturday

Overtime available, paid at a standard rate Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
Accurately carry out tyre repairs and tyre fitting
Conduct exhaust and brake removals and repairs
Perform basic vehicle servicing
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures
Ensure vehicles are cleaned of any dirt, oil, or marks resulting from work carried out
Assist in maintaining high industry standards
Contribute to team efforts by performing additional duties as reasonably required
Always present a professional appearance, including wearing the correct uniform
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Recognised qualification to IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Proven experience in fast fit services, including tyre fitting, brakes, exhausts, suspension, and general vehicle repairs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to quality work
