Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Contract Manager, our office is in Devizes and sites in Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing contracts, managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring contractual compliance, the role includes contract negotiation, risk analysis, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and budgetary requirements.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of contract management, including document preparation, negotiation, and execution.
- Proficient in risk analysis, project planning, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities to resolve contract‑related issues effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
- Knowledge of building or carpentry is a must.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office.
