We are working with a well-respected M&E contractor, backed by one of the UK's largest and longest-established main contractors, to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager for a prestigious prison project in Devizes, Wiltshire.

The RoleAs Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the mechanical package on a complex custodial scheme, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will:
- Lead the mechanical delivery from pre-construction through to handover
- Manage subcontractors, site teams, and specialist suppliers
- Oversee programme, cost control, procurement, and reporting
- Ensure full compliance with MoJ standards, H&S, and quality procedures
- Work closely with the main contractor and client representatives
- Drive performance, coordination, and technical excellence on site
- Established, highly reputable M&E contractor

- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness and programme management capability
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and relevant mechanical qualifications
