Graduate – Learning Support Mentor
A specialist school in Devizes is seeking a motivating and empathetic graduate to join their friendly team as a Learning Support Mentor. In this role, you will support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a career in psychology, neurodiversity, education or mental health. The school caters to children and young people aged 3 to 16 with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, communication challenges, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Responsibilities- Work both in and out of the classroom, offering personalised support that encourages emotional, social and academic growth.
- Help deliver interventions focused on emotional regulation and promoting self‑expression.
- Support sensory‑based learning, restorative practices, and other therapeutic techniques commonly used in child psychology.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of qualified therapists and SEN specialists.
- Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
- £85 to £95 per day
