We need a Cover Manager to join us, to manage and coordinate the team of Cover Supervisors and to fulfil the recruitment induction, training and development needs of the school cover team.

Do you have what it takes to join us? The Cover Manager we would like to join us will:
- Have a high work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Be committed to the fair and proper conduct of Cover Supervisors.
- Experience working in a school environment or similar role.
Managing and coordinating the team of Cover Supervisors, overseeing recruitment induction, training, and development needs of the school cover team.
