** Wraparound Care Assistant
** to support the Wraparound Care Leader in managing the day-to-day operations of our
** after-school provision.

* Working Hours:

** Part time (7 hours 10 minutes per week, 3.15pm until 4.30pm Monday and Wednesday, 3.15 until 5.35pm Tuesday and Thursday, 38 weeks per year, no Teacher Training days).

We are a vibrant non-denominational single form entry primary school, educating children between the ages of 4 and 11. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children who attend. This role involves assisting with the planning and organising of a range of activities suitable for primary-aged children, taking into account their interests and developmental needs.
** We are looking for someone who:
*** Has a passion for delivering high quality and exciting opportunities for children;
* Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work with a variety of pupils, staff and parents;
* Is self-motivated, energetic and proactive and will support in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality education and care for all of our children;
* Has experience of working with children in a play / educational setting;
* Has Food handling experience and/or a Food handling certificate (or willingness to complete one);
* Is a strong team player;
* Has a positive and flexible attitude;
* Can demonstrate a warm and caring approach with children;
* Is First Aid trained (advantageous).
