A leading M&E and building services maintenance contractor specialising in commercial properties in the Wiltshire area, with a rapidly expanding portfolio, has a key requirement for a Mechanical Estimator.

• Send enquiries to manufacturers and sub‑contractors via email and telephone, and obtain quotations.
• Keep enquiry status updated within the tender review document (value, dates, contact information, etc.).
• Print and/or send for printing tender drawings and other tender documents.
• Work on projects valued from £50k to £3m.
• Understand BOQs and drawings for take‑off.
• Provide accurate and detailed cost proposals.

• Experience producing accurate and detailed cost proposals.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel.
• Experience working in the FM hard services sector.
• Ability to use Excel for take‑off and costing.
• Commute to Swindon.

Basic salary up to £55,000–£65,000, dependent on experience, plus package.

Swindon, Wiltshire.
