Support Worker, Mental Health

You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.

Devizes and Surrounding Area

We are seeking a caring, patient and motivated Support Worker to join our Outreach Team in Wiltshire.

We support a number of clients in the local area who live in their own homes. You will help them live as independently as possible, accessing community, building life skills, and achieving personal goals. You will work in a person‑centred way, promoting choice, dignity and inclusion at all times.

What is required from you?

• A minimum of 12 months right to work
