Position: Domiciliary Care Worker - Band 2/3

Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to make a genuine difference in people's lives? We are currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to support clients within their own homes across London and surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Due to the nature of the role and the personal care involved, this position is open to FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY only in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with medication prompts/administration
  • Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting with mobility and transfers
  • Light household duties including cleaning and shopping
  • Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately
  • Following care plans and safeguarding procedures at all times
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months' care experience preferred
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and professional approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
