Support Worker, Mental Health

Devizes and Surrounding Area

We are seeking a caring, patient and motivated Support Worker to join our Outreach Team in Wiltshire.

We support a number of clients in the local area who live in their own homes. You will be supporting our clients to live as independently as possible, helping them access the community, build life skills, and achieve personal goals. You will work in a person‑centred way, promoting choice, dignity and inclusion at all times.
