Family Solicitor or Legal Executive
NQ - 4 PQE

What’s on offer?This fantastic opportunity has arisen for a junior solicitor or chartered legal executive to join one of Wiltshire's leading family teams. You will be part of one of the largest family teams handling high-value, complex cases alongside a reputed and established team
What will you do?- Manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements and financial remedies
- Private child law
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- TOLATA matters
- To be a newly qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive
- Up to 3 year's PQE
- Experience in family law (ideally to include private child law)
- To be ambitious, collaborative and keen to contribute to an expanding, forward-thinking team
- Excellent salary and benefits package

- High-quality, complex work with exposure to international cases regularly exceeding £10 million in assets
- A clear and supported career development pathway, working closely with experienced fee earners in your branch office
