We're looking to appoint one (or possibly two) Commercial Property Solicitors to join the growing Corporate Property team at Wansbroughs, a well-respected, high-performing Wiltshire-based firm handling a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.

You'll manage a varied caseload of transactions including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects, advising a broad client base that spans regional developers, landowners, high-net-worth individuals, and London-based businesses.

Key Requirements:You should be an ambitious, driven and motivated Solicitor, Commercial Property Solicitor, Property Solicitor or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE in commercial property
• Confident running transactions with minimal supervision
• A client-focused mindset with clear, pragmatic communication
• Team player whos keen to contribute and grow within a respected firm

In return expect a competitive salary (£47,000 to £60,000 salary depending on PQE), 5% pension (1-3 years PQE) or 8% pension (4+ years PQE), £1,000 annual healthcare contribution at Associate level, Discretionary bonus scheme, Hybrid working + flexible approach, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
