Commercial Property Solicitor

My clients Commercial Property team has earned an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse client base and is looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Wiltshire.

The Role

You will work on a varied and high-quality caseload for both commercial and private clients, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant matters

• Acquisitions and disposals

• Property development work

• Providing practical, commercially focused advice to clients

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
As a Solicitor within the firm, you will also contribute to the ongoing success and development of the business in line with our strategic objectives. We offer clear career progression opportunities, including pathways to Associate Solicitor and Managing Associate Solicitor roles.

About You

• 2–5 years' PQE in Commercial Property

• Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills

• A genuine passion for Commercial Property law

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

• A proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
