Based in an established Eastleigh office, the Residential Conveyancer / Property Solicitor will manage matters from instruction to completion with paralegal and administrative support.

Working closely with estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professional contacts gives the Residential Conveyancer / Property Solicitor scope to strengthen local relationships and support growth. The environment is personal and solicitor-led, with sensible caseloads and access to experienced lawyers across other practice areas. Caseload Management:
Manage residential property matters independently from instruction through to completion Sales and Purchases:
Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Mortgages and Remortgages:
Manage mortgage and remortgage transactions Transfers of Equity:
Handle transfers of equity and other standard residential property transactions Client Care:
Provide clear communication and a high standard of client service Professional Relationships:
Work effectively with estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professional contacts Local Relationship Development:
Build relationships with local property professionals and referrers Service Growth:
Help develop the residential property offering across Eastleigh and the surrounding Hampshire area Team

Collaboration:

Work effectively with paralegal and administrative support Regulatory Standards:
