Overview
My client is a multi-disciplined main contractor on the South Coast, specialising in projects from the following sectors:
- Prisons
- Local Government
- Education
- Health care
- Commercial and Retail
- Student accommodation
- Coordinate sub-contractor teams and manage the logistics and quality of works
- Oversee health and safety and maintain social distancing
- Experience with a main contractor and a hands-on approach
- Commute distance to Wiltshire
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
- Prison clearance (must have worked on prisons previously)
- HNC / ONC / degree qualification or trades background with a solid work history as a site manager
