Working Hours:
- Sunday: 23:00 – 06:00
- Monday – Thursday: 22:00 – 06:00
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy automotive manufacturing site in Devizes.
This is a hands‑on night shift role involving the handling and inspection of small components within a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating machinery and supporting production processes
- Handling and loading small components with care and accuracy
- Carrying out visual quality inspections
- Following clear work instructions and production standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
- Comfortable carrying out repetitive bench‑based tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work ongoing night shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
