We are looking for an experienced CNC Turning Operative to join a growing precision engineering team manufacturing critical components for the aerospace and power generation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC turning machines to produce high-precision components.
- Work with a range of manual, conventional and CNC machinery.
- Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
- Carry out daily machine checks and report faults.
- Follow Health & Safety, quality and 5S standards.
- Communicate progress and provide effective shift handovers.
What We're Looking For
- Previous CNC Turning experience.
- Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong understanding of precision engineering and machining practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive, proactive and reliable approach to work.
