Full time 39 hours per week - Double Day Shift Pattern
Monday-Thursday: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
Friday: 06:00-13:00 / 13:00-20:00 (weekly rotation)

We are currently recruiting additional Production Operatives to join Cross Manufacturing, a busy automotive manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on role involving operating machinery, handling components, and carrying out visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards. The role would suit someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Operating machinery and carrying out basic fault finding where required
- Loading and unloading components with care and precision
- Performing visual inspections to identify any faults or defects
- Following work instructions and production processes
- Working both independently and as part of a team
- Maintaining focus during repetitive tasks
- Keeping the work area clean and safe
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing or sitting for the duration of the shift while working at a workstation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
