Folly Road Brewhouse

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and energetic Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team. This position is a hybrid role, based primarily in our offices at the Folly Road Brewhouse in Devizes, with flexibility for home and mobile working. Travel to pubs in our estate and competitors will be required.

As Marketing Executive, you will work across all aspects of the Wadworth business including our pubs and beer brands.

We have a wealth of stories to tell, a rich history and an exciting future. We're looking for someone to leverage what we already have as well as move us forward to connect and engage with new audiences. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager, specifically:

• Coordination of our digital channels including websites, email and social media. Generating and publishing compelling content, and working with our agency partners to create and execute content plans across all channels.
• Ensure the website is kept up to date with compelling content that is optimised for search, as well as delivering email campaigns, managing the content management system (CMS) and measuring performance.
• Directly supporting marketing activities across our Managed House estate of 19 pubs. Contributing to campaigns
• Acting as the primary content guardian to ensure high quality is maintained across all digital channels
• Proactively supporting our Business Partners across our tenanted estate
• Increasing engagement and rate of sale of the Wadworth beer portfolio by contributing to a promotional calendar of activity to support our pub divisions and sales channels
• Ensuring the Online Shop content is up to date and accurate as well as generating engaging content that drives sales
• Acting as a brand guardian, positively promoting Wadworth through all channels and activities
• Organising and coordinating regular photo and video shoots

We are looking for a rising star with natural creative flair, impeccable attention to detail and a can-do attitude. You will love producing content for both print and online and can write with personality whilst producing accurate copy and maintaining relevant brand guidelines. You will love the full process from idea creation through to execution and measurement of performance.

You will have range of marketing experience, with particular expertise or interest in digital and content marketing.

You will have a good working knowledge of CMS.

You will have previous marketing experience, be able to demonstrate relevant skills and have a passion for the hospitality industry. You will be capable of (and embrace) juggling multiple projects at one time.

You'll be able to build strong internal, collaborative relationships with the wider team and external relationships with key partners.

You'll be organised, have the confidence to give your opinion and have an appetite to take on new challenges.
