HCRG Care Group is seeking a Community Nurse (Band
5) to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in patients' homes from Beacon House, Devizes. 37.5 hours per week.
You will work within national and local policies, collaborating with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to assess needs and promote independence. You will be supported by a Learning Enterprise for CPD and development, with access to NHS Pension and My Reward Hub benefits.
