Wiltshire Wildlife Trust is seeking an ambitious leader to drive a pioneering farmer-led landscape-scale nature recovery programme. You will work alongside the Director of Nature Recovery to guide strategy, engage farmers and partners, and shape delivery across Wiltshire.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team and help establish Great Chalfield as a national centre of excellence for nature-friendly farming and training, with opportunities to expand impact.
