HGV Class 2 Drivers

New Resource Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading waste management company for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their growing team. These are excellent opportunities for professional drivers seeking long-term, stable employment with competitive pay rates, overtime opportunities, and a generous bonus scheme.

Available Roles

Dustcart Driver

* Early starts from approximately 5:00am

* Typical working week of 50-55 hours

* Pay rate: £15.15 per hour

* Overtime paid at Time and a Quarter

* Expected annual earnings: £38,000 - £43,000, depending on hours worked

Skip Driver

* Start times from approximately 6:00am

* Typical working week of 48-50 hours

* Pay rate: £14.65 per hour

* Overtime paid at Time and a Quarter

* Expected annual earnings: £34,000 - £40,000, depending on hours worked

Benefits

* Monthly performance bonus of up to £125 per month (£1,500 per year)

* Bonus scheme available after successful completion of 3 months' service

Requirements

* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category

C) Licence

* Valid CPC Qualification Card

* Digital Tachograph Card

* Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport legislation

* Reliable and professional attitude

* Previous experience in waste management, refuse collection, or skip work would be beneficial but is not essential

* Permanent, full-time positions

* 6-month probation period
