LITTLE TREES is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the Sip Cell Department operations. You will manage production flow, ensure product quality, and report progress to the Plant Manager. The role requires coordinating with HR and Plant Management to resolve employee issues and maintain safety compliance.
The position includes a 4:30 pm–3:00 am schedule with overtime possible based on demand, and compensation of $34.40 per hour increasing to $35.90 within 6 months, plus a $3 shift differential.
