Customer Support Specialist

The function of the Sales Associate is to carry out the instructions, orders, and directions of the Retail Manager to ensure that customers are served efficiently, promptly, and courteously. The Sales Associate reports to and assists the Retail Manager in day‑to‑day operations including working the cash register, answering the phone, pricing placement, stocking shelves, and sales of merchandise.

Rotating Shift

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum age 15 years.
• Minimum one year of employment, preferably in a retail environment. On‑the‑job training will be provided.

• Stand for the majority of the shift.
• Navigate stair steps.
• Be able to assist with unloading products and stocking shelves.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.

Mon‑Fri 8am‑7pm, Sat 8am‑3pm, Sun 10am‑2pm
