As IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support, you will need the following Skills: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, Ideally Vmware, Citrix & Azure, or at least 2 of them and the desire to learn more. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory & preferably some Group Policy. New Year New Career.!
Successful IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support will need to be able to become SC Cleared and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with previous experience of working within a fast-paced environment, preferably enterprise level/ within a MSP.
Any IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support who has had any previous experience of adding value to a team and then escalating to the 3rd Line Cloud Technical Support Engineers. IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support must have strong documentation skills, able to adhere to processes and procedures as well as incident management / escalations from the Service Desk, we are here waiting to invest in your career if you are dedicated and have a growth mindset, please call to discuss the role in more depth.
