A law firm in Dewsbury seeks an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to manage a caseload primarily focused on RTA claims, with EL and PL aspects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal injury claims and strong technical knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure are essential.

Applicants should also have experience with the MOJ Portal at Stages 1, 2, and 3. Litigation experience is preferred.
