Production Operative / Line Loader (with FLT counterbalance licences)

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Friday)
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Friday)

• Rotating Shift: £14.04 per hour
• Pay Rise:
  After 12 weeks of service to £15.23 p/h

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Dewsbury, is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join their team on a long-term, ongoing contract. We're currently recruiting for Production Operatives and Line Loaders
. The ideal candidates will have previous production or warehouse experience.
For the Line Loader role, a valid FLT Counterbalance licence is essential. Full training will be provided for all other aspects of the role.

• Packing orders and preparing products for dispatch
• Feeding machines and monitoring their operation
• Loading production lines with raw materials (Line Loader role)
• Transporting goods and materials using FLT Counterbalance trucks (Line Loader role)
• Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure product standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on the production shop floor
• Supporting other tasks on the production line as required

• Previous production or warehouse experience is preferred
• FLT Counterbalance licence required for Line Loader position
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety standards
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Full-time, regular hours with the opportunity for overtime
