Production Operative – Night Shift

THH Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company, currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Night Production Operator on a permanent basis

Key Responsibilities:

* Follow detailed job instructions to pack, collate, and finish products accurately.
 
* Inspect finished materials for defects and errors.
 
* Complete all required documentation related to packing and fulfilment processes.
 
* Work efficiently to meet nightly production targets.
 
* Operate packing, finishing, and fulfilment equipment (full training provided).
 
* Pack finished goods securely to prevent damage during transit, while meeting customer specifications.
 
* Basic running of production line and machine operation.
Shift Pattern – Night

Shift:
 
* Sunday to Thursday – 10:00pm to 6:00am

What We’re Looking For:

* Good understanding of written and spoken English (to follow detailed job instructions).
 
* Ability to hit realistic targets.
 
* Previous experience in a similar packing or fulfilment role preferred.
 
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail.
 
* Ability to remain calm, focused, and accurate under pressure.
 
* Hardworking, dependable, and flexible with duties and shift requirements.
 
* Comfortable working to tight deadlines
