Production Operative - Hoc

Looking to Earn Extra Money Before Christmas£ Manpower is currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Dewsbury .

Manpower UK seeks Production Operatives for an ad-hoc temporary assignment in Dewsbury. This role suits those wanting flexible work before Christmas, with shifts offered as required and short-notice availability essential. Working patterns involve rotating shifts: mornings 6:00am-2:00pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00am-1:00pm Friday, with other rotations when available. Pay ranges from £14.62 to £16.10 hourly.

Duties typically include operating machinery, assembling goods, quality checking, and maintaining clean work areas. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial. Successful applicants will supplement existing income or fit work around other commitments.

• Morning Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 1:00pm Friday
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm - 9:00pm Friday

Please note that this is an ad-hoc position and shifts are not guaranteed each week. Candidates will be contacted when work becomes available.

• £14.62 per hour
• Increase to £16.10 per hour for candidates offered longer-term assignments after 12 weeks

Important:
Due to the location and early start times, applicants must have their own transport or live within walking distance of the site.

• Packing orders and preparing products for dispatch
• Feeding machines and monitoring production processes

• Previous production, warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
