The company has gone from strength to strength and is now a trusted supplier to customers worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to strengthen their team.
You will lead a team across warehouse operations, taking responsibility for performance, health and safety, and ensuring targets are achieved. You'll also support the Shift Manager, develop your team and drive continuous improvement.
This role would suit someone with previous team leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment who wants to take ownership, develop your skills and progress within an established business.
The Role:- Leading a team across day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved
- Overseeing health and safety, warehouse standards and operational performance
- Monday to Friday, rotating early and late shifts
- Previous experience leading a warehouse, logistics or distribution team
- Counterbalance and reach truck experience
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on health and safety, performance and continuous improvement
