As a Senior Operation Advisory Systems Engineer supporting mission-critical enterprise operations in Dhahran and Ras Tanura, KSA via E-Solutions, you will take full technical ownership of infrastructure optimization, reliability standards, and strategic engineering advisory. Your day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating end-to-end system operations to eliminate architectural bottlenecks and reduce technical debt, serving as the subject matter expert advising executive stakeholders on engineering roadmaps and risk management, and standardizing reliability protocols across distributed environments.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, lead rigorous root-cause analysis (RCA) for mission-critical infrastructure incidents, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of operational excellence. Furthermore, you will scale operational foundations to support high-velocity business growth.

• Evaluate and optimize complex enterprise architectures and end-to-end system operations to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce technical debt.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 to 12+ years of professional enterprise IT experience specializing in systems engineering and operations frameworks.
• Expert-level practical knowledge and hands-on experience in cloud architecture, distributed systems, and infrastructure management.
• Proven track record of translating complex technical issues and architectural debt into clear business strategies.
