Integration Engineer Ras Tanura

We are actively seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join our technology team in Dhahran and Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia on a full-time basis. In this critical enterprise role, you will bridge the gap between industrial systems, on-premise Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) platforms, and cloud-native environments. You will architect, develop, and maintain robust integration pipelines connecting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with advanced cloud services across GCP or Azure.

This opportunity requires a skilled integration specialist with 6 to 10 years of professional experience and downstream industrial integration expertise.

As an Integration Engineer, you will take full ownership of designing, building, and scaling complex enterprise integrations across hybrid infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing solutions for Industrial Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with a strong preference for downstream oil and gas or industrial use cases. You will leverage cloud-native integration tools on GCP or Azure alongside legacy on-premise EAI platforms such as Biz Talk Server, Mule Soft, or TIBCO.

Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional industrial automation, cloud architecture, and software development teams to troubleshoot data bottlenecks, ensure high system availability, and maintain meticulous technical documentation.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust integration solutions bridging industrial systems with enterprise software.
• Develop specialized integrations for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with a strong focus on downstream industrial workflows.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-native integrations utilizing GCP or Azure cloud services.
• Administer, configure, and maintain legacy on-premise EAI platforms including Biz Talk Server, Mule Soft, or TIBCO.
• Troubleshoot complex data transmission failures, interface latency, and API connectivity issues across hybrid networks.
• Collaborate with industrial automation engineers and cloud architects to align data pipelines with business requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to enterprise security standards, data governance policies, and high-availability SLAs.
• Maintain up-to-date interface specifications, data flow diagrams, and operational support documentation.

• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of professional experience in integration engineering, enterprise architecture, or industrial IT systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience developing solutions for Industrial Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), with downstream experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of building scalable cloud-native integrations using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong hands-on operational experience with legacy or on-premise EAI platforms such as Biz Talk Server, Mule Soft, or TIBCO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Mandatory eligibility to work onsite in Dhahran and Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia.

• Prior working experience within the oil and gas, downstream petrochemical, or heavy manufacturing industrial sectors in the GCC.
• Professional certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., GCP Professional Cloud Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript for custom middleware development.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT) and SCADA integration.
• Experience with API management platforms, event-driven architectures, and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
