Position: Consultant ENT Surgeon (Otorhinolaryngology)

With a capacity of over  200 beds , the hospital covers a comprehensive range of  speciality and super-speciality services , including Neurosurgery, Cardiology, Nephrology, and more.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced  Consultant ENT Surgeon  to join our medical team at the Dhanbad location. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and managing a wide range of ENT conditions, providing both OPD and IPD care, performing surgeries, and ensuring superior patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct OPD consultations, diagnose ENT-related disorders, and recommend treatment plans.
Manage IPD patients and provide ongoing inpatient care.
Perform routine and advanced ENT surgeries as required.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and other specialists for comprehensive patient management.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, NABH standards, and hospital policies.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in medical camps, CMEs, and other hospital promotional activities, as needed.

Required skills &

Competencies:

Strong clinical knowledge in Otorhinolaryngology.
Proficiency in ENT surgical procedures.
Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills.
Strong patient communication and counselling abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
4 to 9 years of post-qualification experience in ENT.
Experience in a super speciality or tertiary care hospital preferred.
