NEMT Dispatcher — Paid Training in Scheduling

Call The Car, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher I - Paid Training for our Diamond Bar, CA headquarters. This full-time role handles inbound calls, creates reservations, verifies appointments, and communicates driver ETAs while supporting the Customer Service team.

You will coordinate vehicle and vendor schedules, maintain logs for no-shows and cancellations, and participate in the Bambi Dispatch training. This on-site position requires teamwork in a fast-paced office environment.
