Engineering Technician I (Oklahoma City)
Join Niagara Bottling as an Engineering Technician I in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will work on the production floor with plant technicians at Niagara facilities around the country.
Essential Functions- Providing Plant Support for Niagara Facilities
- Diagnostic Visits
- Annual Rebuilds/Overhauls
Responsibilities include:
- Provide aid and expertise to plant maintenance teams and internal Engineering Technicians.
- Aid in any needed repairs on production machinery.
- Provide information on needs for long-term success of facilities.
- Identify problems and wear & tear on machine centers.
- Perform root cause analysis for corrective actions.
- Develop suggestions for parts and labor needed during annual rebuilds/overhauls.
- Work on teams of 4 with plant maintenance teams.
- Prepare machine centers to repair/rebuild problems.
- Attend machine center specific master class training.
- Assist with evaluation of Engineering Technicians skills and training.
- Travel Approximately 75% of the year.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 0 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 0 Years – Experience in Position
- 0 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 2 Years – Experience working in Position
- 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
- Ability to work in teams of 4 or more.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated with proven initiative.
- Works with minimal supervision.
- Leadership capability in both team and solo settings.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment.
- Sound judgment and ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a machine center pertinent to Niagara Bottlings business needs.
- Minimum
Required:
Associate's Degree in Engineering or other related field. - Preferred:

Hourly: $21.38 – $28.33 per hour.
