CFO

Our client, a highly respected privately held organization with substantial operations and revenues approaching $1 billion, is seeking a strategic and operationally minded Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the President, this executive will lead the company's financial strategy, performance management, capital stewardship, and risk oversight.

• Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, tax, audit, forecasting, and reporting functions.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, KPI reporting, and executive analytics.
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, capital investments, and strategic planning.
• Manage banking, lending, surety, insurance, and overall capital structure.
• Improve cash flow, working capital performance, and forecasting accuracy.
• Deliver financial insight into project profitability, risk management, and operational performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization and scalable financial systems.

• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Must have Construction, specialty contracting, engineering, or other project-based industry experience
• Expertise in FP&A, project accounting, cash flow management, and risk analysis.
• Experience supporting organizations with revenues exceeding $500M.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar credentials preferred.
