• Maintain a store section, receive, stock merchandise, and ensure proper pricing and rotation.
• Operate cash register, process customer payments, and handle refunds or exchanges.
• Offer friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers and load purchases into vehicles when requested.
• Clean and maintain sanitation standards in all interior and exterior store areas.
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties and record lost/damaged goods.

• Read and write English; interact with general public and co‑workers.
• Understand simple instructions, product labels, price codes, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence and present information in one‑on‑one or small group situations.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills (preferred).
• Retail Management Certificate (preferred).
