The Golf Shop Attendant provides friendly and efficient service to members and guests. This role supports the daily operations of the golf shop, assists with tee time activity, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout the facility.

• Greet and check in players using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Process payments and assist with tee time reservations.
• Answer phone calls and provide helpful information to guests.
• Help maintain the tee sheet and track daily play activity.
• Keep the golf shop clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Support merchandising by maintaining displays and product presentation.
• Follow cash‑handling, opening, and closing procedures.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions or concerns.
• Maintain a service‑focused and professional environment.
• Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Assist with communication and shop updates as needed.
• Support company initiatives and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• school diploma or GED preferred.
• Golf, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.

• Schedules vary based on business needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This position requires standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
