Office assistant vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the office and its staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to changing needs.
- Experience in an administrative role or related field preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: 1000 per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.
