Construction Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. This position is perfect for an Indian national looking for an English speaking job without prior experience.

• Assist the Construction Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project timelines are met
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Construction Manager
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
• Assist in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project

• Indian nationality with excellent English communication skills
• No prior experience required, but a degree or diploma in construction management or related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
