We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Plan, budget, and schedule construction projects according to client requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage project budget and make cost-effective decisions to keep the project within budget
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Own visa or ability to obtain one in the UAE is preferred
