We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction project in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. This is a contract position that requires immediate availability. We welcome candidates of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Egyptian nationals.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct regular site visits to check on progress and address any concerns
- Manage the procurement process for necessary materials and equipment
- Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
