As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat platforms and providing excellent customer service. This role is specifically suited for Pakistani or Malayalee individuals who are proficient in English.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platforms
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional and friendly communication
• Utilize product knowledge to address any concerns or questions from customers
• Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
• Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer service would be an advantage
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
