English Speaking Chat Operator

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as English Speaking Chat Operators in the vibrant city of Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a chat operator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize your strong command of the English language to effectively communicate with customers from various backgrounds
• Maintain a positive and friendly tone while engaging in chat conversations
• Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and upscale complex cases to the appropriate department
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions

• Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy
• Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods of time
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required; freshers are welcome to apply
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
