Chat operator vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE Chat Operator (Egyptian Nationals Only)
We are currently seeking Egyptian nationals to join our team as Chat Operators in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. This is an ideal job for freshers looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.
Requirements- Must be an Egyptian national
- Fluent in Arabic (English language skills are not required)
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Able to work full-time with flexible hours
- Communicate with customers through online chat platforms
- Provide prompt and friendly assistance to customers' inquiries and concerns
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments if necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
